My goal as a mental health professional is to help you in an efficient, friendly, and practical way. My clients find they can trust me and feel comfortable working together to grow and overcome the challenges life puts in their way.
Instead of only doing endless sessions of talk therapy for an endless fee, I try to serve my clients with more-structured sessions that teach useful skills and techniques to overcome the adversity they face. I work with other mental health professionals when necessary to ensure that people get what they came for, regardless of whether it is provided by me or someone else. I am also always trying to measure our progress to see what we are doing, where we need to go, and the road we will need to get there.

Types of Issues
I have a good track record with many types of mental health and related issues. I am also knownby other mental health professionals for being an expert in treating addictions, and especially in regards to sexual addictions, and also provide consultation for other professionals and clinics about sexual addictive disorders.

To make sure that people receive the best treatment possible, I aim to utilize evidence-based practices as much as possible in my work. Evidence-based practices are techniques or models that have been time and research tested to be helpful to real people in the real world.
Credentials, Certifications & Titles
I am privileged to hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, as well as being doubly credentialed in Addiction Treatment. I work efficiently with all types of populations, although my religious clients always enjoy knowing as a bonus that I am also an ordained Rabbi and have studied the intricate subject of how religion and mental health interact with one another.
