​The average job seeker applies for a job 2 times a week!

That means he is sending 2 resumes and sitting at home twiddling his thumbs saying "it's so hard to get a job, I haven't gotten one call back!" Well, obviously! 

 

Haven’t heard back from something you thought was particularly interesting?  FOLLOW UP!  FOLLOW UP!  FOLLOW UP!

 

There's a saying, "Choose a fish from a net or hope for the fish on the hook."

 

You must send between 10 and 12 resumes a day if you want to find work! The more you send, the more you increase your chances of finding work.

 

The key to remember is, "The more Resumes you send out, the more chances you have of getting a call back and an interview."     

 

Keep applying for jobs until you have 5-7 job offers in your hand. Only when you have several offers in hand should you stop applying for new positions.
